Job Role:
Customer Support Executive – International Voice (Work From Home)

Location:
Remote (Candidates must reside in Delhi)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support to international clients

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

Resolve customer queries efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction

Work flexible shifts including night shifts as per business requirements

Adhere to Amazon’s customer service policies and quality standards

Qualification:

Minimum: 10+2

Any Graduate or Postgraduate eligible

Fresher candidates can apply

BPO experience is a plus

Skills Required:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

Customer Service & Support

Telecalling & Call Handling

Problem-solving and attentive listening

International BPO exposure preferred

Non-voice & Voice support capabilities

Salary:

Base Pay: ₹3,85,000 – ₹4,56,750 per annum

Additional Benefits:

Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month (₹13,200/year)

Internet Allowance: ₹1,250/month (₹15,000/year)

Health Insurance: Up to ₹5.0 Lakh

Night Shift Allowance: ₹150/shift

Overtime as per business requirement

5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off (may vary)
